1. Services

GMGN Plumber LLC provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to residential and commercial plumbing, emergency repairs, installations, maintenance, and renovations. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Service Agreements

Estimates and Quotes

• Estimates are provided free of charge for non-emergency work
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Final costs may vary if additional work or materials are required
• You will be notified and must approve any changes before work proceeds

Service Calls

• Standard service call fees apply and are communicated upfront
• Emergency service rates apply for after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Service call fees may be waived if repairs are completed

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• Financing options are available for qualifying projects
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
• A service fee may apply for returned checks or declined payments

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Labor Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for one year from the date of service. If issues arise due to our work, we will repair them at no additional charge.

Parts and Materials

Parts and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims as needed.

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Work performed by other contractors
• Failure to follow maintenance recommendations

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the plumbing issue
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Remove or protect valuables in work areas
• Provide access to water shut-off valves
• Secure pets during service visits
• Inform us of any known hazards (asbestos, lead pipes, etc.)
• Obtain necessary permits when required

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GMGN Plumber LLC's liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damage to property not directly involved in the work
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or code violations not identified during inspection

8. Insurance and Licensing

GMGN Plumber LLC maintains:

• Master Plumber License #MP-123456 (State of Texas)
• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Commercial auto insurance

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas

10. Website Use

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GMGN Plumber LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
